Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) include L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. These are essential amino acids our bodies cannot produce on their own, so they must be obtained from food and supplements. BCAAs can be used before, during or after workouts to enhance muscle power and promote recovery and muscle growth.
BCAAs are also highly praised and recommended for use during dieting as they help weight loss to occur from fat instead of muscles. It helps trigger muscle protein synthesis and prevents muscle protein breakdown when utilized as a part of your training and performance nutrition program. Moreover, when taken before exercise, it will reduce muscle fatigue allowing you to take the most from your workout.
Directions
Mix 7g of powder with about 150-200ml water. Take 1-2 servings per day before and after your workout.
