What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments with Visa and MasterCard as well as Bank Transfer.

If you have our gift card, you can use it for a full or partial payment of your order, however, you cannot use multiple gift cards at the same time.

My credit card was declined, why?

In rare cases credit cards can be declined, often due to a mistake while typing in your card details. Make sure you enter your card details correctly as they appear on your card. Do not use any special characters.

Other common reasons:
  • Reaching the account spending limit
  • Entering the wrong card number
  • Entering the wrong expiration date
  • Entering the wrong CV2 security code
  • Having a security setting in place to block online purchases

Note, that even if you had errors while making payment, your order is still saved and you can restart payment process from your account by opening the order and pressing on "Pay Now" button.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices on TRU·FIT are stated in EUR and inclusive of all the taxes. Currently there is no option to switch to other currency. The credit card transactions are always charged in EUR, so if your card is in another currency, your bank will automatically convert upon payment. You should contact your bank about exchange rates.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable as a payment method when ordering in our online store.

What are store credits?

In some situations, we issue refunds in form of store credit which can be used to buy other goods at the store. You can view your store credit balance in your customer account and use it to settle payment at the checkout.

Where can I get a discount coupon?

Looking for a TRU·FIT Coupon? We don’t currently support coupons or discount codes, we take a different approach! At TRU·FIT, we prefer to simply be upfront, transparent, and give you the best pricing without putting any obstacles in your way of getting the best offer.

With that being said, we do have times when we will offer an additional discount to our registered customers and newsletter subscribers and that is for holiday promotions. For example, we might offer discounts on Black Friday as well as some other popular holidays. However, these are always temporary.

What is your refund policy?

We offer 30 days refund guarantee. We want to make sure that you always have exactly what you want. If you decide that a product you ordered isn't what you need and you haven't opened it, we can issue a refund, exchange or issue store credit equal to the price of the product. What you choose is completely up to you.
