They improve athletic performance and reduce protein and muscle breakdown during intense exercise. BCAA 5000 Powder also enhances muscle recovery and growth.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with water, juice or your recovery drink of choice. Consume one serving 1 - 3 times daily. For best use, take 30-45 minutes before workouts and/or immediately after workouts.
