The BCAA are the Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine). BCAA are the only amino acids that are transported directly from the gut into the blood and immediately into the extracellular (muscle) tissue.
Peak BCAA Caps are enriched with niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid, which among other things contribute to the reduction of fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal function of the immune system, regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein metabolism and normal synthesis of hormones.
Directions
Consume 5 capsules 20 minutes before training and another 5 capsules 20 minutes after training with plenty of fluid.
