AminoLast is formulated to work from the very first serving by providing you accurately dosed essential amino acids, inluding high amount of branched chain amino acids, and important electrolytes to your working muscles while exercising.
AminoLast contains 10 grams of amino acids of which over 7 grams are branched chain amino acids which are both most present in muscle tissue and the amino acids that do the most to deliver faster muscle recovery and growth as well as enhancing muscle endurance and strength. AminoLast also includes a mineral and electrolyte blend to improve muscle hydration status and help maintain high power outputs even when performing extensive cardiovascular training by replacing nutrients lost during exercise.
Directions
Mix 1 level scoop (14 g) of AminoLast with 240 - 300 ml of water. Consume before training, between meals, while training, or post workout to boost your amino acid intake.
