Ghost BCAA is a BCAA only formula. BCAAs or Branched-Chain Amino Acids are essential amino acids that promote muscle recovery and increase muscle growth, as well as reduce exercise fatigue and decrease muscle soreness.
The formula delivers a massive 6 gram dose of 2:1:1 BCAAs (3000mg Leucine, 1500mg Isoleucine and 1500mg Valine) per scoop. Added AstraGin works to help improve your body's ability to absorb key amino acids, proteins and glucose ‒ it ensures you're getting maximum benefit from every scoop of Ghost BCAA.
Although traditionally taken during a workout or intense training session, Ghost BCAA can be enjoyed around the clock as a phenomenal performance alternative to sugary sports drinks or juices.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with 250-300ml of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume during or after exercise on training days or throughout the day as a performance thirst quencher.
