L-glutamine is the most common amino acid in the body: it makes about 60% of the total free amino acids. It is a nonessential amino acid that the body can produce from the other essential amino acids. Directions
Mix 5 grams of glutamine powder with 200 ml of water or mild fruit juice. Drink 1 serving per day, preferably after a workout or before going to bed.
