XTEND Elite Pre is a pre-workout supplement that will enhance your training and help prevent muscle breakdown.
This elite pre-workout features 200mg of caffeine per serving for pre-training energy and focus. Furthermore, each serving supplies 7g of BCAAs in the nature-designed and research-proven 2:1:1 ratio to support muscle preservation and repair.
The formula contains CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine to help improve muscular endurance during tough workouts and Citrulline Nitrate (NO3-T®) for better pumps, as well as improved blood flow and nutrient delivery. Finally, it contains a hydrating electrolyte blend to support your workout from start to finish.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (13.5 g) in 300-420 ml of water and shake well. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. For best results, use up to 2 servings of XTEND Elite Pre per day.
