Branched-chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine help supply energy to muscles, support muscle protein synthesis and promote muscle recovery.
The formula also contains recovery, energy and endurance boosters. Beta-alanine and L-Alanine supports buffering of lactic acid, thus, improving endurance and recovery. Taurine supports cell hydration and metabolism. Vitamin B and C complex help support energy levels through intense workouts and provides antioxidant support.
Green coffee and green tea are natural energizers that support focus and energy levels, thus, improving performance.
Directions
Mix 2 scoops (1 serving) in 240-300 ml of cold water. Drink 1 serving (2 scoops) to raise energy levels or support recovery at any time of the day. Drink 2 servings (4 scoops) before and during intense workout. Do not use more than 4 total servings per day.
