The proteins in OBVProt are derived from 100% cow's milk. The protein content is 60% fast absorbing whey protein and 40% slow absorbing casein protein.
The source of fiber is galacto-oligosaccharides, which are water-soluble complex carbohydrates that cannot be broken down by digestive enzymes of the human gastrointestinal tract, they are intended as a source of fiber in the diet and as a substrate for the gut beneficial microflora bacteria - Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp. Lecithin is a phospholipid derived from sunflowers, a natural substance found in all cells of the human body.
Protein promotes muscle mass gain, helps maintain muscle mass and helps maintain bone health.
Directions
It is recommended to take 1-4 sachets a day as an additional source of protein and fiber, adding the contents of the sachet to the drink or food. OBVProt easy to prepare in a smoothie: mix the contents of 1 sachet with a blender with 200-300 ml of water or milk. Add as needed to taste: for example, bananas, berries, fruits, cocoa, cinnamon, etc.
Recommended daily use for children from 12 years of age and adults 1-2 times a day.
Use for people during heavy and intense exercise 2-4 times a day.
While intermittent fasting - first stopping the fast and second with the last meal of the day.
For seniors 2-4 times a day.
