This blend of ingredients is formulated to help improve exercise performance during high-intensity exercise by delivering energy and buffering against fatigue whilst also helping to reduce the increased thermal stress that occurs with indoor turbo training sessions.
One of the main contributors to the early onset of fatigue in hot environments is enhanced feelings of discomfort and a perception of being hot and uncomfortable. With this in mind, Turbo+ Gel is formulated with menthol extract to improve the ability to tolerate such heat stress by reducing thermal perception through the refreshing and cooling sensations that menthol evokes.
In addition to its cooling effects, Turbo+ Gel is also formulated with a blend of caffeine, beta-alanine and L-carnitine so as to enhance performance during the high-intensity intervals that are typical of indoor turbo sessions.
Directions
Consume 1 Turbo+ Gel 30-60 mins prior to exercise.
