For intense training or competition you should refuel during exercise with up to 90g carbohydrates per hour depending on intensity and duration. PowerGel® Hydro Max is ideal for all sports people, because they are compact in size and easy to swallow without drinking fluid directly afterwards.
Directions
Consume up to 90g carbohydrates per hour during sport depending on the intensity and duration. One PowerGel® Hydro Max delivers about 25g carbohydrates.
