Directions

Mix 1 serving (approximately 25–30 g of powder, or as indicated on the package) with 200–300 ml of water or low-fat milk. Shake vigorously until fully dissolved. Consume 1–3 times per day, preferably after training and/or between meals, or follow the manufacturer’s serving recommendations on the label.
