Critical Whey is a unique blend of whey proteins, including whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and hydrolyzed proteins. It includes essential amino acids and is made from high-quality ingredients. It is great for post-workout recovery.

Directions
Pour 250-500 ml of water or milk into a shaker, add 2 scoops (30 g) of powder, shake well, and consume after training.
