High-quality micellar casein with an incredibly high protein content of 82 percent, which makes it an optimal diet protein. This extremely tasty and creamy protein also impresses with a time-release formula, which ensures a long-term amino acid supply.
It has a great amino acid profile with almost 42% of EAAs, 21% of BCAAs and a full 20% of glutamine. Moreover, the formula has been optimized with the enzyme lactase and a vitamin complex consisting of 10 vital vitamins.
What makes micellar casein special is that it provides a long-lasting amino acid supply to the muscles for up to 8 hours, thus supporting both muscle growth and the maintenance of muscle mass. Furthermore, this protein source also promotes strong bones.
Directions
In a shaker or blender mix 30 g (2 level measuring spoons or 3 heaping tablespoons) of Micellar Casein with 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume one serving daily. This time-release protein is excellent as a night-time protein as well as for bridging longer times without a protein supply.
