Glutamine plays an important role in building and repairing muscle, this amino acid is more than 61% of skeletal muscle. As a result of prolonged exercise, glutamine levels can decrease, which can limit protein synthesis (recycling).
Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder is an easy way to supplement your diet with this amino acid. Just one tablespoon of glutamine powder provides more glutamine than 4 large eggs, 100 g of lean beef, ¾ cup of soybeans, or 100 g of chicken breast. It is tasteless and easily soluble in water, it can be added to fruit juice, protein shake or gainer.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 240 ml of cold water or your favorite drink. Take two doses per day, preferably in the post-workout period.
