MCT oil is a highly concentrated source of medium-chain triglycerides. Medium-chain triglycerides are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils.

Directions
1 serving with food – may be used up to 3 times per day.
First 3 days: new users start with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with food to assess your initial tolerance.
Can be used in baking, add to shakes, drizzle onto salads or already-cooked meals.
Not to be used for frying.
