Directions
Use in adults. The recommended daily dose is one capsule once a day after eating.
The capsule should be swallowed whole with half a glass of water.
It should not be used if other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters are used on the same day. Not recommended in case of individual intolerance to components, for children, and for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
