This stevia based sweetener is a calorie-free alternative to common white sugar. It looks like sugar, it’s about the same sweetness as sugar but does not have any calories. It consists of natural erythritol (commonly found in pears, watermelon, grapes) and healthy stevia plant extract.
Stevia plant derived steviol glycosides is the world’s most popular alternative to sugar. Stevia plants originate from South-America where its sweet properties have been used for over 1500 years. As stevia extract is over 300 times sweeter than sugar, it’s not possible to dose at home and needs to be combined with other healthy sugar alternatives like erythritol for replacing common sugar.
Directions
Use it just like you would use common sugar. Add some to your coffee or tea, add to any food you need to sweeten, use it when cooking or baking without adding the extra calories.
