iConfit Egg White Powder can be used in cooking to increase the protein content of dishes and to make them more healthy by reducing the fat and carbohydrate content. In addition, since it is an alternative to whey protein, it can also be used as a sports drink.
Use in cake, muffin, etc. recipes as a healthy ingredient. May be added to the dough/batter in powder form or mixed with water beforehand to create egg whites (1 scoop of powder mixed with 120 ml of warm water).
Make a quick and easy protein smoothie by adding 1 scoop of powder to your smoothie before blending. 1 scoop (25 g) provides 21.4 g of protein and adds a creamy texture to your smoothie.
