Flowgrade C8 consists of 100% pure Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) with at least 99% caprylic acid, a medium-chain fatty acid consisting of 8 carbon atoms. Comparing to other MCTs, it has the shortest chain length, which makes it the easiest for your body to break down into fuel.
When ingested, caprylic acid almost instantly turns into ketones, little bundles of energy that are a powerful alternative to the body’s typical fuel source, glucose.
