Xtreme BCAA 5000 is a new amino acid product in powder form intended to prepare a drink containing 5 g of the highest quality branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs – leucine, isoleuine and valine) in the perfect ratio 2:1:1. These are essential amino acids, meaning that body cannot produce them and they must be delivered with food.
Branched-chain amino acids are crucial for muscle tissue during workout. BCAAs serve as a fuel for working muscles and inhibit catabolism, thus, helping spare muscles from damage during exercise. They also stimulate anabolism by increasing muscle protein synthesis. Moreover, BCAAs reduce lactic acid accumulation, thus, reducing muscle pain and allowing your body to efficiently regenerate after heavy workouts.
Directions
Mix 2.5 scoops (11.5 g) of powder with 250 ml of water. Dink half a serving before workout and the other half after the workout.
