This product combines two necessary nutrients in one product ensuring complete absorption and the best results from supplementing. Both glutamine and zinc are important factors for many processes in the body.

Directions
Mix one portion (5 grams) of the powder with water, milk, juice or other beverage of your choice. Preferably drink directly after training. On non-training days, take one portion in the morning after waking up.
