ESN Protein Pancakes is a ready-made mixture for the production of protein-rich pancakes. Each serving (100g) contains an impressive 65g of protein from fast and slow digestible protein sources, such as whey, milk and egg protein.
ESN Protein Pancakes contain only a small amount of carbohydrates, very little fat and are gluten-free because instead of conventional wheat flour the mixture contains high-quality buckwheat flour. In addition, prebiotic fiber is included in the formula to promote a healthy intestinal flora and ensure digestive system health.
These delicious pancakes are really easy to prepare as you just have to add water. Whether for breakfast, lunch or as a snack in between ‒ you can enjoy the ESN pancakes at any time!
Directions
For 3-4 pancakes, mix 100g of ESN Protein Pancake Mix with 200ml of water and stir into a smooth batter. Let the batter sit for 2-3 minutes. Heat a little oil in a coated pan. Then pour individual portions of batter into the pan and fry on both sides until brown over medium heat.
