Directions
Mix 40 g (3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 50 ml of water and let the mixture rest for 1 minute. This amount is enough for 2–3 small or 1 big pancake. Fry pancake in some oil in a pan over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides (usually takes about 1 minute to fry on each side).
