All of the main protein sources of the product, namely whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein concentrate have high biological value. Beside protein content, the product is also high in dietary fibre. The main fibre source of Protein Pudding is glucomannan (konjac-mannan), which is a popular water-soluble dietary fibre. As part of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan also contributes to weight-loss.
Directions
Mix 1 serving (35 g = 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water in a shake. Cool it for a couple of minutes and consume it in 3 portions in 1 day. Drink a huge glass of water with it.
