L-Lysine is one of the building blocks of protein. It’s also an essential amino acid, which means your body cannot make lysine on its own. And not everybody gets enough: athletes as well as those following plant-based diets may need to supplement with lysine.
This amino acid also plays an essential part in the production of carnitine, an amino acid which helps convert fatty acids into energy. It is also important for calcium absorption and controlling whereto calcium is transported in your body which protects and supports healthy bones.

Directions
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with plenty of liquid between meals.
