4Energy gels are the new generation of energy gels for cyclists, triathletes, and runners. The 4Energy gel is based on the less sweet, complex CHO maltodextrin. It gets its distinct flavour from fructose and freshly squeezed juice. It contains electrolytes in the form of salt.
The 4Energy gel is highly digestible and doesn’t cause stomach issues and bloating. It contains 22 g of carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin and fructose and is absolutely gluten free and is also suitable for vegans.
Directions
For best results ingest one 4Energy gel packet every 20 minutes.
