Directions
A daily combo consists of an ampoule with 25ml of liquid (Liquid) and two chewable tablets, which can be found in the lid of the ampoule. Simply chew the two citrus-flavored chewable tablets well and swallow them about 5-10 minutes before going to bed. Then drink the liquid from the ampoule and sleep promptly.
