Mivitotal Sport is a vitamin and mineral complex adapted to meet physical stress and hard workouts.
It contains rose root, which contributes to the body's ability to handle physical stress and magnesium that contribute to normal protein synthesis and normal muscle function.
Also contains vitamins C and E, riboflavin, manganese and selenium, all of which are antioxidants and help protect the cells against oxidative stress.
In addition, vitamin C can help fatigue, as well as help, maintain the immune system's normal function during and after intense physical exercise.
Directions
Take 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) twice a day during a meal. For children aged 12-16, the recommended daily dose is 15 ml. Shake before use. The product can be diluted with water to obtain a milder taste.
