These protein noodles are ideal for a quick and healthy meal as they are ready in only 6-7 minutes. Protein noodles are low in carbohydrates and yet they taste amazing! The noodles are not only very healthy, but they can also be combined with your favourite sauces and other ingredients to create a delicious and satiating meal.
These protein noodles have 86% less carbohydrates than conventional pasta. They contain valuable wheat, soy and rice proteins to ensure that they are easily digestible. With a balanced proportion of saturated fatty acids of less than one percent and a fibre content of over 23 percent, the protein noodles are generally recommended as part of a healthy diet.
Directions
Boil the pasta in sufficient amount of salt water for approx. 6-7 minutes. When ready strain it and serve with delicious sauces or pestos.
