Directions
Mix 1 heaping scoop (about 30 g) of Prostar 100% Whey Protein with 240 ml of water or milk. For a thicker shake, mix with 120 ml of water or milk. Take 1-3 servings daily. For Ultimate results, take before and after exercise.
