The effects of creatine plus beta-alanine on strength, power, body composition, and endocrine changes were examined during a 10-week resistance-training program in collegiate football players. Results of this study demonstrate the efficacy of creatine plus beta-alanine on strength performance. Directions
Take 1 serving with an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times daily. On workout
days, we recommend you take 1 serving approximately 30 minutes before your workout.
