Essential amino acids are vital for everyone, especially active people, because the body cannot produce them by itself. There are eight essential amino acids, but gutamine can be considered the ninth essential amino acid because 80% of muscle tissue consist of glutamine.
Essential Aminos contains 11 grams of these essential amino acids per serving. The product contains the most relevant amino acids for athletes. Essential Aminos contains 5.7 grams of glutamine and 4.5 grams of BCAAs per serving in the ideal ratio of 3:1:1. BCAAs primarily stimulate muscle growth and regeneration, as well as energy production. Other essential amino acids have an important role in metabolism, in production of collagen and elastin and in immune function maintenance.
Directions
Take 1 serving (1 scoop) of Essential Aminos mixed into 250 ml of cold water, either before, during of after your workout. On non-training days consume throughout the day.
