R1 Essential Amino 9 Energy is an all-new amino supplement featuring a complete combination of all nine essential amino acids to support muscle recovery. When it comes to maintaining and building new muscle mass, the nine essential amino acids are literally essential. This group of amino acids cannot be synthesized within our body; they must be obtained from nutritional sources.
This supplement delivers 7.5g of all 9 essential amino acids, with 5g of that being BCAAs, as well as tea leaf extract for energy and added electrolytes for hydration. Each serving provides 125mg of caffeine to raise energy levels, support mental alertness and promote endurance during exercise.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop of R1 Essential Amino 9 with 240-360 ml of cold water or your favorite beverage. On training days, take around your training session. On non-training days, take for additional recovery and energy.
