Resurrect P.M. is designed to help keep you in a normal sleep cycle so that you can achieve all stages of sleep necessary to heal both body and mind.
When sleeping, our body produces important hormones for muscle growth, such as testosterone and the growth hormone. In fact, the lack of sleep affects these hormones, and may have catabolic effect – muscle mass being destroyed.
The formula contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) that is a naturally occuring neurotransmitter that supports stable mood, relaxation, and restful sleep. It may also help support the production of hormones that can build lean muscle and metabolize fat. The supplement also contains ZMA (zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6) that improves the quality of sleep and increases testosterone and growth hormone levels.
Directions
To assess your tolerance start by consuming 2 caps on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. Recommended serving is 4 caps. Take Resurrect P.M. for 5 days in a row and then take 2 days off. Do not exceed more than 4 caps per day. Allow for 6-8 hours of sleep after using.
