There are three Branched Chain Amino Acids: Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine. These BAA's support muscle protein synthesis, reduce muscle breakdown during exercise and improve exercise performance.
Potassium Chloride, Sodium Citrate & Magnesium Citrate are all common electrolytes. Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge and also affect the amount of water in our body. When you sweat you lose electrolytes and must replace them or risk dehydration.
CLA, Choline Bitartrate, L-Alanine, and L-Carnitine Tartrate all support metabolism, amplify cAMP, break up fatty acids and mobilize energy stores all without the use of stimulants.
Directions
Add and mix one scoop of Amino-Tone with 12-16oz of cold water. Drink during workout on training days, and on non-training days, you can drink Amino-Tone throughout the day as a recovery and metabolism support.
