MOAB is the ultimate muscle building formula that works by upregulating your body’s natural anabolic processes while also improving athletic performance and decreasing muscle breakdown. The two main ingredients are HMB (or β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate) and HICA (or α-hydroxy-isocaproic acid). Both of these are metabolites of the essential amino acid leucine. With leucine being the main stimulus for positive muscle anabolism and preventing muscle catabolism, researchers believe its metabolites might be even more powerful in these respects.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 240-360 ml of water or your favorite beverage, and drink 30 minutes prior to training.
