Speed is a concentrated supplement in capsule form that contains caffeine, the amino acids L-tyrosine and taurine, naringin, as well as bitter orange, ginseng and ginger extracts. This product is intended for using before intensive training or mental stress.
One serving of Speed provides 400 mg of caffeine to boost energy levels and promote cognitive function. L-tyrosine also supports alertness, attention and focus, while taurine helps improve athletic performance by enabling muscles to work harder and for longer and reducing fatigue and muscle damage during a workout.
The formula also contains potent plant extracts. Ginseng is a natural adaptogen and ginger has antioxidant properties, while bitter orange contains synephrine which can help enhance athletic performance.
Directions
Take 1 to 2 capsules with water about 15-30 minutes before training or situations that ask for increased energy, alertness and focus.
Contains caffeine. To avoid sleeplessness do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime.
