PB2 is made of freshly roasted peanuts that are pressed to remove most of the fat and calories. Then rich cocoa, a little sugar and a dash of salt are added for flavor, and the result is peanut butter with 90% less fat and over 70% fewer calories than traditional peanut butter.
That makes the peanut butter a sweet alternative for active people, dieters, and moms who want healthy snacks for their kids. The powdered peanut butter can be mixed with any liquid to make a spread, that can be eaten straight from the jar or added to recipes for a rich nutty flavor.
Directions
Mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 1.5 tablespoons of water and stir until smooth. Prepare as needed. Shake before use. The powder can be added to smoothies or other foods and used in cooking or baking.
