Forsen Forte is a food supplement containing plant extracts and melatonin to help you relax and fall asleep faster and improve the quality of sleep. Mineral magnesium and vitamin B6 have been added to the formula to promote muscle function, support energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Added vitamin B1 is beneficial to the nervous system.
Melatonin is a sleep hormone naturally produced in the body. It helps the body relax and fall asleep faster. Melatonin can help with insomnia and jet lag, a temporary sleep disorder. Added ashwagandha extract has adaptogenic effect and it can help your body manage stress and lemon balm and hops extract has soothing effect on the nervous system and improves the quality of sleep.
Directions
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably about 30 minutes before sleep.
