Olimp Creatine Xplode is a complete dietary supplement containing creatine derived from 6 different forms, which will allow you to increase your physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
Creatine is highly appreciated by athletes of all disciplines and can improve the athletic performance during short-term intensive physical activity. It also helps reduce fatigue and promotes normal energy metabolism.
Creatine works to recycle ATP (Adenosine Triphospate) which is our energy source. This recycling of ATP enables ATP to be produced at a faster pace for more rapid bursts of energy. Creatine will improve muscular endurance and is particularly useful for repetitive exercise such as weight training or sprinting.
Moreover, creatine also speeds up muscle growth and helps increase muscle size.
Directions
Use 1 portion daily – before breakfast or after training. Add 1 portion (5,8 g of powder = ½ scoop) to 150 ml of water.
