RECOVERY PROTEIN SHAKE contains a high proportion of proteins and carbohydrates - Modcarb - a mixture of complex carbohydrates without gluten. For energy recovery in the body is enriched with biotin and vitamin B5, supplements the lost optimal levels of magnesium and potassium after the intensive training to prevent muscle cramps.
RECOVERY PROTEIN SHAKE contains the digestive enzyme lactase, which helps to process lactose. Therefore, it should not be unsuitable for athletes with lactose intolerance.
Directions
Mix 50 g with 200 ml of water. Consume after physical activity. The maximum recommended daily dose is 50 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
