Creaport is a post-workout creatine drink for anyone who trains and wants to support strength, muscle recovery, and glycogen refill after sessions. It combines creatine and carbohydrates in an instant powder you mix with water.
Each 30 g serving provides 3,000 mg of pure creatine from three forms (monohydrate, citrate, and Kre-Alkalyn) to support strength and power, plus 20.5 g of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen. You also get 1,000 mg of L-glutamine, instant BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), taurine, and Aquamin magnesium, plus pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, and chromium.
Directions
Mix one 30 g scoop with 150 ml of water and drink after training. Use at most once per day.
