Psyllium absorbs water and forms a gel-like mass, helping to soften stool and promote smoother, more comfortable elimination. This powder can be mixed with water, juice or smoothies and taken once or several times per day as needed. Directions
Stir 1 level tablespoon of whole psyllium husks briskly into at least 300–350 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Take 1–3 times daily. Always follow with an additional glass of water. Start with a smaller amount to assess tolerance and gradually increase as needed.
Take with plenty of liquid to prevent choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
