Now Foods Extra Strength Glucosamine & Chondroitin combines two well-known joint support ingredients in their sulfate forms.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural compounds found in healthy cartilage ‒ the connective tissue that cushions joints. The natural glucosamine and chondroitin levels drops as we age, which leads to a gradual deterioration of the joints.
Additional intake of glucosamine and chondroitin promotes strong joints, bones and ligaments. Scientific studies have demonstrated that glucosamine and chondroitin can promote normal joint mobility and comfort. These compounds work together to both reduce joint stiffness and to increase strength and recovery in ligaments and tendons.
Directions
Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of tablet, take with 250ml of water or other beverage.
