The main ingredients in Cal-Mag Caps, as it is already suggested by the title, are calcium and magnesium, the minerals that are essential for bone health. However, the formula is more complex and offers a balanced and synergistic blend of various ingredients.
This product also provides chelated, highly absorbable forms of zinc, copper and manganese, three trace minerals known to support strong bones and teeth and healthy enzymatic activity. Besides manganese is also required by the body for proper nutrient absorption and wound healing. Vitamin D has also been included thus supporting calcium metabolism. In addition, delivered via softgel, this formula is easily absorbed and assimilated.
Directions
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with food. Store in a cool, dry place.
