Sodium bicarbonate is one of the best supplements to improve your endurance when operating above the second lactate threshold. In other words, it allows you to push harder during short periods (3 to 15 minutes) of extreme intensity. Sodium bicarbonate also preserves pH levels, which reduces muscle soreness and fatigue, allowing you to push harder and farther.

Directions
Take five capsules with at least 200 ml of fluid one hour before exercise.
