Natrol’s B-Complex Fast Dissolve offers the benefits of Biotin and other B-complex vitamins. These water-soluble vitamins are the vital co-factors in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism generating energy. Additionally, Biotin is involved in the process that ensures proper functioning of the sweat glands, nerve tissue and bone marrow.

This product also offers the benefits of Coconut Extract, derived from coconut water, a liquid rich in electrolytes and B-vitamins, found inside the shell of the coconut. Coconut water has been traditionally used to re-hydrate after exercise.
Directions
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Allow a tablet to dissolve in the mouth. No water necessary.
