Directions

Add 2 large scoops (approximately 60 g) to 350–400 ml of cold water or milk in a shaker. Shake well for 20–30 seconds and consume immediately. Use 1–3 servings per day, for example at breakfast, between meals or after training, as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
